Debate over whether hosting a Trump rally at Drake was a violation of Drake’s promise to ensure diversity and inclusion of students on campus was illustrated in signs and demonstrations.

Supporters were using their phones to document the rally while a majority of journalists pre-approved for the event were kept outside because the event was at “full capacity.” I myself had to use my Drake status to get in through the back entrance.
